To operate the early-access program and communicate with you about the Season 1 launch.

None. We do not sell or share your data with any third parties.

DATA RETENTION

Your data is retained until you request deletion or the early-access program ends, whichever comes first.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email contact@sharpecup.com. We will respond within 30 days.

COOKIES

We use one session cookie, strictly necessary for authentication. It is HttpOnly, Secure, and expires after 24 hours. We do not use any tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.
